Orders & Production

Are products made to order?
Yes. Every Marque piece is printed on demand specifically for you after you order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly, we can only edit or cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?
Total delivery = production time (2–7 business days) + transit time. Transit is roughly 3–7 business days in the US and 7–21+ business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, before you pay. US orders over $100 ship free; US orders under $100 pay a flat standard rate.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Multi-item orders may be produced and shipped separately and can arrive on different days — at no extra cost to you.

International Orders, Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

Will I have to pay customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs?
Possibly. Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by your destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or checkout shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs authority, not by Marque, and we cannot calculate them in advance.

Why was I charged a fee on delivery?
Some countries collect import duties or VAT before releasing a package. This fee comes from your customs authority or carrier, not from us.

What if I refuse to pay the customs fee?
If a package is returned or destroyed because import charges were declined, we are not able to offer a refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. (EU customers: a 14-day cooling-off period applies — see our Refund Policy.)

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
We’re sorry! Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

How do I pick the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. Measure a shirt you already own and compare — it’s the most reliable method.

Product Care

To keep prints looking sharp: wash inside out in cold water, use a gentle cycle with mild detergent, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print.
