Shipping Policy

Marque apparel is printed and made to order, so please read the production and delivery timing below before you order.
Order processing & production (made to order)
Every Marque piece — tees, hoodies, jackets, hats, mugs, stickers and prints — is produced individually for your order. Production time is separate from, and in addition to, shipping transit time.
- Production: typically 2–7 business days before dispatch.
- New drops, sales, holidays and peak periods may add time.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $100.
- US orders under $100: a flat standard-shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
- International: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times (estimates)
Total delivery = production time + transit time. Estimated transit after dispatch:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days.
- International: approximately 7–21 business days, and sometimes longer depending on destination and customs.
All delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may be produced and shipped separately and can arrive at different times, at no extra cost to you.
International orders — customs, duties & import taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage or other fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or checkout shipping. These charges are set by your local customs authority, cannot be calculated by us in advance, and may add delivery time. If duties are refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we are not able to provide a refund.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the order to the carrier. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier accepts the parcel.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an address error. Reshipment to a corrected address may require payment of additional shipping and production costs.
Unclaimed or returned-to-sender parcels
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost, delayed or stolen packages
If tracking shows a significant delay, or a parcel marked delivered did not arrive, please contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier, and we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for carrier-caused loss, theft, or delay.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is misprinted, damaged or defective, email us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a free replacement (see our Refund Policy).
Delays beyond our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs holds, severe weather, natural disasters, labor actions, or supplier outages.
